Then he opened his own restaurant at the fort- Lauderdale at 1976 and named it as The left bank restaurant, but unfortunately he need to sold his restaurant at 1997. Then he started a cooking school in 1996 and he also hosted a PBS show called sunshine cuisine.
He started his YouTube channel in the year 2020 and has over 1.4 million subscribers in September, 2023. He has written several cook books, such as incredible cuisine with chef jean-pierre and cooking 101.
